🚨 Judiciary Update: Appeal Court Judge, Hon. Justice Mohamed Momoh Jah-Stevens, has been placed on administrative leave following media reports that could affect the Judiciary’s reputation.
Chief Justice Komba Kamanda has also referred him to the Judicial and Legal Service Commission (JLSC) for review.
The move comes as the Judiciary stresses its commitment to accountability and public trust.
Justice Stevens has recently faced public attention after filing a domestic violence case against Edwina Jamiru, with a viral video adding to the controversy.
