The Annual Inception Meeting was convened by the Pikin-To-Pikin Movement from 27–28 January 2026 to align stakeholders on priorities, targets, and operational plans for the year. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the previous year’s performance, reflect on lessons learned, and validate the annual work plan and budget. Roles and responsibilities were clarified, monitoring and reporting timelines were confirmed, and potential risks were discussed, with corresponding mitigation measures agreed upon. The session ensured a shared understanding among project staff, strengthened coordination, and set a clear direction for effective implementation throughout the year.
