I saw a post that said: "A healthy relationship will test you more than a toxic one, because it won't let you run. It makes you show up, communicate, and grow." Which is so true because real love isn't about running away when things get hard; it's about showing up for each other, choosing growth, and learning how to love better together.

That's the real tea! Toxic relationships are easy, they're like a sugar high – all excitement and drama, but ultimately destructive. Healthy relationships, on the other hand, are like a slow-burning fire – they take work, but they're worth it. When you're with someone who's pushing you to be your best self, who's willing to have those tough conversations and work through the messy stuff, that's when the magic happens. It's not about avoiding conflict or finding someone who agrees with you all the time; it's about finding someone who sees you, knows you, and still chooses to love you, flaws and all. That's where the growth happens, that's where the real love is.

One of the hardest things you can do is work on yourself😭 trying to break bad habits you picked up, trying to forgive, trying to change your thought process, working on your attitude just being honest with yourself about things you need to work on within yourself😮‍💨 I been praying more cause this new start I want I know I can’t get there without God!
