محبت از نگاہش پایدار است
سلوکش عشق و مستی را عیار است
مقامش عبدہ مد و لیکن
جہان شوق را پروردگار است

I visited Faisal Mosque probably around 2004 for the first time. It was Friday and we were on a school trip. Once there, you get to realize that it's so much more than an ordinary structure, you can feel its presence. You cannot explain it but you feel its might. I could still feel my feet on its marble floors and my elevated heartbeat as I walked the corridor to catch the prayer that day. And the connection grows even stronger every time you visit.

When I was little
I had hobbies
I had ambitions
I had dreams
Then something happened
A chaos
It took everything
Shattered me to pieces
Since then
I'm on a quest to feed myself
Just enough to find
Those missing parts of me

And the puzzle would still be incomplete.
