AI is easy. Change is not.
That was the message on our stand at the AI Strategy Summit 2026 today, and it turned out to be the theme running through almost every conversation we had.
Because the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the human side: the culture, the processes, and keeping people at the centre as organisations move fast with AI.

Website builds became a commodity. Now we're back in boardrooms.
That was Staffan Lindgren's take during Optimizely Partner Close-up in Stockholm, and it's a shift we're seeing across our client work. After years of building, the conversation has moved to how AI can genuinely improve marketing and communication. That's where we want to be.
It was a day full of sharp thinking, from Shafqat Islam's keynote on where the market is heading, to real conversations about Opal's first year and what comes next.
We also had two proud moments in the evening. Erik Olsson Hermansson received the newly created MickeJäderlind award, and Comprend took home the Agentic transformation award.

What a morning. ☀️
We kicked off today in London with our Hands-on Agentic Marketing breakfast and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better day for it. Sunshine, great company, and some genuinely energising conversations about where agentic marketing is heading.
Our team walked through how AI agents are already working inside real marketing workflows, from content production to campaign ex*****on, and the room was full of people eager to do the same.
We learned a lot. We think others did too. And we left feeling pretty optimistic about what marketing teams can do when they stop experimenting and start operating.
