🇫🇷Wine Paris, the first big international fair of the year, and what a fair it was! Old friends and new friends, great wines, spirits, innovative NoLo products: we found all of it in Paris.

We come back home with so much inspiration and many great ideas for this year. There is lots of new products, presentations and producers that we look forward to introduce to all of you.

We also managed to squeeze in a dinner with our colleagues in the rest of the AMKA Group to exchange ideas and good stories.

In the heart of Oslo you’ll find a (not so) hidden gem: Izakaya by Vladimir Pak. Imagine how lucky we are to have one of the world’s best sushi chefs right at our doorstep!

Vladimir Pak is a Michelin-starred sushi chef based in Oslo, known for his mastery of traditional Edomae-style sushi. He gained international recognition after winning the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo in 2017.

Pak is the head chef at the World Sushi Skills Institute and was named a goodwill ambassador for Japanese cuisine in Norway by the Japanese government.

We’re of course super proud to supply some delicious beers to this esteemed restaurant. You can find , and on their menu.

This New Year's Eve we are toasting the new year with a glass of Ramon Canals Duran Reserva Brut! Made with 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinor Noir, this creamy and fresh Cava is a good choice for both your taste buds and your wallet😍🥂

Thank you to AMKA Finland for hosting this year's Christmas party! We flew in from Sweden, Norway and Denmark on Friday and met our Finnish colleagues for a delicious three course lunch at Olivia, located in the historic ticket hall of Helsinki Central Station.

From there we walked to the hotel for check in and a quick nap, before we headed out to an activity that was brand-new to some of us: escape room! It's always fun to get our competitive side going.

Dinner was served back at the hotel, paired with some of our finest wines. Good company, nice wines and a fun party - we are already looking forward to next year!

Malmö, we ❤ you! You always show up to the Sparkling & Wine fair in the best mood and that makes our job so incredibly fun. We hope to see you all next year!

Corso is a new Italian restaurant based in the heart of Bjørvika in Oslo. The dishes are based on seasonal Norwegian ingredients prepared according to Italian principles. Situated right by the canal with lovely outdoor seating as well as an inviting atmosphere inside. Corso is run by Kari Innerå - a Norwegian gourmet chef who has won both Nordic and Olympic championships in culinary arts.
