Taking it back to ny roots with some Ackee & saltfish & some fried breadfruit for breakfast this morning.
Usually I'd add some callaloo, fried plaintain or saltfish fritters aswell.
Ackee is one of my fav foods to eat on earth. I could literally have it everyday and never get bored. When I was living in Jamaica I was always in the back garden tryna find the right ones to pick off the tree to de-seed and prepare...... along with some pear, breadfruit and mangos. . . . I need to go back a yard asap
