We had the privilege of welcoming BJJ black belt for a special Gi class, sharing his experience, techniques and knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with our members.
Opportunities to learn from experienced practitioners are an invaluable part of progressing in the sport, and we’re incredibly grateful to Roger for taking the time to train with us and pass on some of his knowledge.

For Jayden’s last night at Fire Punch before heading off to university, we gave him a proper send-off… THE SHARK TANK. 🦈🥊🔥
Opponent after opponent. 1 minute 30 seconds each. No rest. Almost everyone who was there got their turn. A night he’ll never forget? Definitely!

Last week we said goodbye (for now!) to one of our longest-standing members, Jayden, as he heads off to university.
Jayden has been a big part of Fire Punch from the beginning - not only showing up and putting in the work, but also bringing new faces through our doors and helping our community grow along the way.
It’s been a pleasure watching you train, improve and become part of what Fire Punch is all about. We’re proud to have had you with us and wish you nothing but success in this next chapter. The doors will always be open when you’re back home. Go smash it Jayden ! 👊
