I have moved to a beautiful sunny island where I get to swim in the sea whenever I want - so many of my dreams are coming true and yesterday I set some new big and hairy, scary goals.

Today I would like to give gratitude to the amazing Aloe Vera plant and the honey bees.

I used to be popping painkillers almost every day for headaches and often had migraines.

but ...My health has never been better since I started drinking Aloe Vera gel and taking bee pollen tablets.

And so today I want to give gratitude to the awesome Aloe Vera plant and the honey bees :)
