Day 5 of turning club into one of the best beach clubs in Sharm.

We immediately started with our daily briefing, talking about the mistakes we made the night before.

Then we worked on the design of our new business cards and some new promotions.

It was a great Friday, and I even got a visit from my first Pierinis.

And I also got some very nice photos.

We started the day with our morning briefing, and I’m happy to see that both the staff and the guests are enjoying the new OH OH water service.

The guys still keep looking at the camera 😒

To finish the day, we did a photoshoot for the bar. The cocktails were really good — even Dj Pablo was impressed.

Day 3 in Sharm turning Allora into one of the best Beach Club

Today we introduced something simple but essential: the daily briefing!

I used to not like it, but a few minutes every day help improve the service.

Together with DJ Pablo, we brought some great music to the beach and created the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the sunset.

I also noticed that many guests were spending time in the water oh oh so we introduced the oh oh water service directly in the water to boost the guest experience and sales.

Small improvements every day.

My consultancy at Allora Beach Club in Sharm El Sheikh.

When I first arrived here, I immediately fell in love with this place.

Authentic Italian food, crystal-clear water, a beautiful beach, and one of the most stunning coral reefs in Sharm El Sheikh.

But great hospitality is about much more than a great location.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be working with the team to improve the guest experience, service standards, food quality, and daily operations.
