The Brazil nut (Bertholletia excelsa) is a South American tree in the family Lecythidaceae, and it is also the name of the tree's commercially harvested edible seeds. It is one of the largest and longest-lived trees in the Amazon rainforest. The fruit and its nutshell – containing the edible Brazil nut – are relatively large and weigh as much as 2 kg (4.4 lb) in total. As food, Brazil nuts are notable for diverse content of micronutrients, especially a high amount of selenium.
Brazil nuts have many health benefits. They are a good source of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. The nutrients in Brazil nuts support brain health, thyroid function, and healthy cholesterol levels. Brazil nuts also have strong anti-inflammatory effects that aid your body in fighting disease.
Cholesterol is needed for testosterone production, so this is a really important way Brazil nuts may help boost testosterone.

Buttermilk
Buttermilk is a fermented dairy drink. Traditionally, it was the liquid left behind after churning butter out of cultured cream. Regular consumption of buttermilk effectively reduces blood pressure and thus helps patients with hypertension and heart diseases. Potassium in buttermilk also reduces blood pressure. Drinking buttermilk every day strengthens our immune system and protects us from a variety of infections.

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2022: The environment is our natural surroundings, including plant, animal and non-living objects across the land, water bodies and skies that support life on this planet. Beginning with the Industrial Revolution in the late 18th century, human actions have caused widespread environmental damage, such as global warming, pollution of air, water and land and biodiversity loss. World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5 annually to highlight these dangers to our natural world and to urge people to protect it.
The theme for this year’s celebration of World Environment Day is ‘Only One Earth.’ This was also the slogan for the 1972 conference at Stockholm which led to the birth of the annual global event on June 5.
The theme underscores the fact that out of all the galaxies, star systems and planets known, only Earth sustains life. Since human actions are causing irreversible damage to our environment, there is an urgent need to minimise or prevent further damage to our biosphere.
