Meet our second guest speaker Bertha Mbabazi. She has worked for the education sector for going on eight years and is the Associate/Deputy director of Rwanda Graduate programs especially responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, admissions, and administrative duties of the country office. She has helped OC grow from 46 graduates in 2014 to over 300 today across different disciplines in Masters programs. Served as the contact person to create a good relationship between the Rwandans and OC. You're Welcome Bertha
