Part of CBRE since 2018 and serving as Managing Director since 2021, Boško has been instrumental in strengthening CBRE’s presence in Southeast Europe, following the establishment of the regional office for the SEE market.

Since joining CBRE in 2010, Daniel has significantly shaped Poland’s real estate landscape. Under his leadership as Managing Director since 2015, CBRE Poland has grown into a market-leading business with 500+ advisors.

Their recognition reflects not only personal achievement but also the strength of our regional leadership and the expertise that drives CBRE’s footprint across CEE.

Mihai Patrulescu, our Head of Investment Properties, will join the Real Estate Panel at MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.

As Mihai highlighted, "the Romanian investment market is showing interesting shifts-from the resurgence of retail to the supply/demand pressures we're seeing in the office sector." During the panel, he will share CBRE's insights on these trends and the outlook for 2026.

Their presence across retail, industrial, and office assets reflects a deep understanding of market potential and a commitment to strengthening communities.

At the same time, 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 who see sustained value here. This year, IGD streamlined its local portfolio through the sale of four Winmarkt properties, while Paval Holding strengthened its presence on the office market with the acquisition of Ethos House, moves that further confirm Romania’s relevance on the regional investment map.

🏢 Winmarkt Oltul is fully leased, hosting 𝟐𝟐 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 with key tenants such as Carrefour Market, B&B Collection, and Kendra. The transaction, valued at approximately €𝟐.𝟒 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧, reflects strong market confidence and IGD's commitment to repositioning its portfolio.
