Responsibilities:
Project Ex*****on: Lead the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, on our construction sites. Ensure that all work is in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with our project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of MEP systems with the overall construction process.
Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship and functionality.
Safety: Prioritize safety on our construction sites by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safe work practices.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during construction, offering innovative and efficient solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
Cost Management: Assist in cost control measures, tracking expenses related to MEP installations and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of technicians and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in MEP engineering and project management is a plus.
Professional certification in MEP engineering is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to safety and quality.
