✨ IF YOU’ve been trying really hard to get a job in the tech world but haven’t had much luck...

If you’ve been turned down many times and feel upset...

If you’re tired of hearing "keep trying"...

Listen up. THIS IS important for your FUTURE.

Getting your first web development job is tough. It's not supposed to be easy. Many people try, but most don’t make it. Why? Because they don’t treat it seriously.

Just wanting to be a developer isn’t enough. The market is hard and only rewards those who work really hard and learn a lot.

Here’s the truth: The tech job market has been tight, but it's getting better. More job opportunities are coming as companies start hiring again.

And here's what you need to do to be ready:

✅ Stop Playing, Start Building: Don’t just learn to code; use it to solve real problems. There’s a big difference between making a simple to-do list app and creating a complex platform that people need.

✅ Work on Important Projects: Team up with others for months, not just on small tasks but on big projects. Lead a team and show your dedication. That’s how you get the “experience” that hiring managers want.

✅ Master the Tools: Get good at using Git, project management tools, and more. Build something that adds real value — more than just a login screen and a dashboard.

✅ Realize Your Potential: Sometimes, the biggest growth comes when you see you’re not as skilled as you thought. Accept it, work harder, and you will grow a lot.

The market is tough, but it’s getting better. When it does, companies will need skilled developers ready to start right away. That could be you—if you're prepared.

A lot of aspiring developers talk about how unfair the market is but when asked about basic concepts like the difference between var, let and const, what scope or a promise is, they freeze up and can;t put an answer together if their life depended on it.

Is the market that bad or the new generation of developers is severely underprepared for the real world standard?

To top that off, most aspiring developers have their "portfolios" filled with gimmicky applications like pokemon dictionaries, calculators and online flowershops.

Picture this:

You’ve been learning to code for months, maybe years. You’ve poured countless hours into tutorials and bootcamps. Yet, your bank account still looks the same.

No interviews. No job offers. Just endless frustration.

Ready to change that?

Here’s the exact strategy to make $1,000 a week with your coding skills—even if you’re a complete beginner. Follow these steps and start earning fast:

1. Master the Basics
Focus on HTML and CSS. If you know some JavaScript, even better. You don't need to dive into complex frameworks yet.

2. Offer Free Services:
Start by offering to build websites for local businesses for free. Reach out to them and say, “I’ll create a website for you for free. In return, I ask for a video testimonial and two referrals.”

3. Build Your Portfolio:
Create outstanding websites for these businesses. Use templates if needed. Your goal is to make their business look great online.

4. Leverage Testimonials and Referrals:
Once you’ve completed a few free projects, use the testimonials and referrals to attract paying clients. Start charging $250 to $500 per website.

5. Organize Your Leads:
Create a spreadsheet to track potential clients. List their names, websites, phone numbers, and contact dates. Aim to fill it with at least 100 leads using Google and Instagram searches.

6. Make Your Pitch:
Call or email your leads with a compelling offer. “I want to build a website for you for free to build my portfolio. If you like it, I’d appreciate a testimonial and two referrals.”

7. Execute Flawlessly:
Deliver high-quality websites to your clients. Ensure their satisfaction to secure referrals and testimonials.

8. Scale Up:
As you gain more clients and experience, increase your rates. Consider outsourcing parts of the work to other developers to manage more projects simultaneously.

Why This Works:

Offering free services initially helps you build a solid portfolio quickly. Testimonials and referrals boost your credibility, enabling you to charge higher rates. As your business grows, you can outsource work and scale your earnings.

There’s a difference between being a beginner developer and looking like a beginner developer.

The first one is lazy:
Ugly designs
Simple applications
Forgot to deploy
Doesn’t pay for hosting and useless render, heroku and takes ages to load anything

The second one thinks like a business owner:
Bought a template that looks modern and fresh
Invested massive amounts of time into making original applications
Deployed all the apps and pays for hosting

The second one stands out just because he cares.

Never cheap out on the best investment you can make, your portfolio. People will notice, especially in this day and age where every single golden bb matters.

💰🛑The #1 Obstacle Stopping New Developers Making Money

99.99% of new developers fail because of the Disneyfication effect.

They forget coding is about making money for others and is not about cute pokemon or AI powered weather apps.

Here’s the thing, coding is competitive, not impossible, yet most juniors fail getting a job in tech because they built some simple cookie cutter apps

Switch your mindset from I’m a noob who needs a shot to I’m a professional and I’m here to do what’s needed because:

Nobody wants to take give you a shot
Nobody wants to help you and teach you
Nobody wants to pick you up and cheerlead you

Use as many competitive advantages as you can:

Hire a resume writer if you don;t know how to write a resume (you can find some good ones for $100-$200)

Pay people to apply to jobs for you (outsource in middle east via fiverr)

Buy design templates to make your projects look good (I know some great ones that cost $99)

File your own LLC and hire yourself

You're paid to solve problems, so start with your own.

Foolproof process to get hired as an aspiring developer:
1. Choose a niche (language/field)
2. Reverse engineer what you have to do within that niche
3. Get good at it
4. Profit

Most of your efforts should be spent on step number 3.

If you find yourself having a hard time getting interviews, or maybe you never had one, even though you’ve been applying for years, you might be doing a few things wrong.

Maybe your portfolio apps are low quality or outdated
Maybe you present yourself as a beginner instead of a professional
Perhaps you're working on things that are irrelevant (like grinding leetcode or networking on linkedin)

There’s no reason to keep grinding if you don’t get the results you want, that’s insanity.
You have a limited window to make this career change, let's no stretch it to 5 years.

🛑How laziness costs you that first developer job.

Hear me out, I know most of the audience here on linkedin spams linkedin quick apply, networks and makes posts on linkedin…

But this is the lazy way… why?

You see, even though all those activities take a lot of work and time, you're still avoiding and procrastinating working on what moves the needle…

What moves the needle is your resume, or more precisely the experience you lis out.

Bootcamp projects
Games
Or half made websites

You made months or even years ago are not valid in this market.

So if you avoid building real world projects because it’s hard, you;re taking the path of least resistance which is only going to keep you in a job you hate, not making the money you want, and sadly costing you years of your life which you will not get back…
