This Tuesday, we stood alongside BusinessPedia.ro for ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ @ ๐๐๐, a morning hosted at the National Bank of Romania, built around one simple idea: before looking abroad for role models, itโs worth looking at Romaniaโs own entrepreneurial past and present.
The room brought together two generations of Romanian business. We heard how trust and aligned values matter as much as access to capital, why partnerships only work when kept with consistency, and why nothing important gets built alone; business, institutions, and communities need each other to grow.
One thought stayed with us: an economy that knows its own entrepreneurial history has real reasons to trust its future. What gets passed between generations isnโt just the business, itโs the standards, the values, the culture behind it.
