What do transparency, consistency, and real monitoring mean in the development of transport infrastructure?
Ionuț Ciurea, Executive Director of Asociația Pro Infrastructură, joins South East Europe EPC & Infrastructure with unique experience in tracking and analyzing Romania’s major transport projects — from roads and highways to railways, airports, and metro networks.

With a background in marketing and soft skills training, Ionuț realized early on — back in 2004 — that without modern infrastructure, mobility and economic development remain just words on paper.

He is the co-founder and public voice of Asociația Pro Infrastructura, the NGO that has become Romania’s most visible independent platform for monitoring infrastructure projects.

🎯 At the event, he will speak about realities, data, and concrete challenges in implementing transport infrastructure — from the perspective of a well-informed and actively engaged observer.
