Tonight we’re meeting Musspell at Control Club after 9 PM ✨

Musspell is a Cluj-Napoca-based emerging duo, founded in the spring of 2019. They place the northern motif in the foreground with melancholic and playful elements creating lyric- centric songs, while emphasizing the value of nature, which also reflects their state of mind. The center characteristics of the band are the intricate vocal harmonies. The guitar and the analog bass are combined with other electronic elements.

Introducing IOVA, a talented singer-songwriter hailing from Romania. Her musical journey began at age eleven with guitar and piano lessons, and in 2015, she sent a demo to HaHaHa Production. Her unique blend of dance, indie, and electro-pop has earned her international recognition, with hits like “Down on my knees” and “Monster.” IOVA’s “BI-POLAR” project resonates with audiences worldwide, and she humbly explores emotions in her music. With over 5 million streams on Spotify and 150,000 monthly listeners, she continues to perform at various events, including our very own Control Club on the 14th of November.

Alone at Parties is all about life’s contradictions. This indie-folk band from Cluj-Napoca, featuring Andrei, Casiana, Dani, Florin, and Lazăr, crafts a sound with soft synthesizers, electric guitars, and moody vocals.

They kicked off their journey in November 2021 with “Board Games,” followed by “Another Car” a month later, featuring Adame Wolf. Their latest single, “Oranges & Apples,” dropped in November 2022, exploring relationship boredom.

In 2023, Alone at Parties is entering a new phase, with upcoming full-band shows and fresh music in the works.

October 10th 🎤 Ciresan: Join us tonight as Ciresan takes us on lyrical journeys with rhythms that echo the essence of rap, consistently delivering powerful and harmonious choruses.

October 17th 🎤 Max Konstant: Born right here in Bucharest in 1996, Max Konstant is a young and incredibly talented female rapper and singer. Her journey into the world of music began at the age of 15, and now she's ready to dazzle us with her unique sound.

October 24th 🎤 Alone at Parties: Expect indie-folk vibes with a blend of soft-spoken synthesizers, playful electric guitars, and warm, moody vocals. Their music explores the contradictions of life, from loneliness at parties to falling in love with unwelcoming cities.

November 14th 🎤 IOVA: A singer-songwriter with a rock edge, IOVA's musical journey started at a young age. After being a part of LaLa Band, she's now a solo artist who's ready to captivate you with her music.

November 28th 🎤 Musspell: This Cluj-Napoca-based duo combines northern motifs with melancholic and playful elements, creating lyric-centric songs that celebrate nature and intricate vocal harmonies.

December 12th 🎤 Cosmos in Buzunar: Hailing from Moldova, this electronic musical band has undergone a fascinating musical evolution. From acoustic roots to full-on electronic exploration, they've dived into synth wave, synth pop, IDM, and more. Get ready for a sonic journey!
