My outside garden is in a great competition with my apartament garden :))) 200 vs 200 plants!!!
Not a fair one but still funny!
150 of them are kept in a small container in a little ,,coma'' till next season. ☠️ (there's no place to plant them all)

I was not so active in the last months but I have learnt a lot from my pepper plants.
I will share all of my obervations on this page in the next following days! 💪

Short update...finally after ages!!! 🌱🍃🌳🌴☘️🌿🍃🌳🌲🌿🌴🌳

Next week I will start planting the seedlings outside!!! 🙄

The rate of growing was not very strong but the plants developed healthy without any problems.🥳
For this year I will start with 3 locations outside. Two of them are situated in urban areas, they are microlocations that I am very excited to handle. So, let's officialy give this page a new, fresh start and prepare for the journey!!! 🤟

🔥 Second wave of moving seedlings to bigger pots started last week!🌶️🌶️🌶️

After 3 days of easy work 2-3 hours a day, I managed to move all (+300) of them and started to build my setup for this year season. Allready did it's first fertilization and the plants seems to be happy. Next month I'm going to prepare the outside garden for this beauties and the saga will continue! Stay tuned!!! 👊

😬 With a little delay this year, I finally started 2022 season! 👊

I've started sowing over 400 seeds from 10 variations of hot peppers on 15 February and till now 320 of them are allready strong fellows reaching for the lights! 🥳
With over 100 of them allready big (last year generation) the problem with space will be a real challange. Keep up with my journey and see the results of a great confrontation between me and 500 hard to please plants!!!

🥳 Now I can say I have 1 year of experience but I would rather say that it was 1 year of experiments.😵😵😵 I tested all kinds of methods of raising hot peppers, keep them in optimal condition, all kinds of fertilizers, hours with the light on, off, natural, artificial, pests, diseases, treatments and prevention and this is just the beggining.🔥

🔥🔥🔥Last harvest from 2021 is done and now it's time to prepare for the process of transforming them into sauce and other delicious products!😎 I am working close with my good friend to develop some standard recipes that will go on the market starting next year!!! 🤤🤤🤤

There was a hell of a ride, with a lot of work involved and investments but after all that, I had the opportunity to taste some amazing flavors and share them with all my friends! 🤗

😵 Too much time has passed since my last post and a lot has happened!😁

I am really happy that after 10 months of work I am ready to start processing my own peppers! I had some mixed results with some of them but in total I am glad with the harvest. I have learned so much about the peppers, so much that in no time, it became an obssesion. A beautiful obsession that allready helped me recover some of the money invested. A lot of work still to be done but I can't wait to resolve it! Thank you all for all the support, advices and also for the inspiration to continue when I am down!
Now, let me present in order, my favorite peppers from this year:

I've dried some of them, others were put to ferment in 5% brine for at least 1 month and some of them were used to increase my heat tolerance... It is a hell of a ride with that stomach cramps but I can't stop eating them.💪

🤘Good news from my outside location, the plants are producing like crazy even if the temperature is around 40 °C.First harvest is done and I hope that in 2 weeks I will have another one! I saw some big pods in development and I can't wait to taste them, so stay tuned!🔥🔥

I have selected a few outstanding pods that I will present in the next days here and also a few seeds will be sent away for the winners of my next GIVEAWAY!!! 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Tomorrow the first jars of fermented hot peppers will be produced and I couldn't be more happy!!! 🤗

I'm struggling with the lack of direct sun here in my apartament. The plants are developing so hard and I don't have any more room by the windows...🙄🙄🙄

😕 Last week I was forced by circumstances to sell some of my plants. Nobody told me it will be such a mix of feelings! One way I was happy because it was my first transaction in wich were I was not the one who had to pay and on the other hand I was ,,devastated'' because I will not be able to take care of them further more! Hope that they will go in a better place with bigger pots and a lot of sun after the accomodation to the outside. 🌱

🤳I have upgraded my camera, so a lot of good material will be released soon!!!

I didn't expect that raising superhots will be my most loved activity and now I'm glad to announce that I will try to improve my production for next year! 🌱
I would love to have around 1000 plants in a greenhouse and another 1000 outside. Still trying to figure it out what variations to raise.

🤘If you have any suggestions of high yield good variations of superhots please leave a comment!!! I would like to concentrate, for now, only on chinense variations or crosses.🤘
