Finally completed the case of registration the “TOBACCO HOUSE” trademark for 10 years.
This journey started 18 month ago , without big chances taking in consideration another registered trademark with a extremely similar name. You may know it😉
Despite the low chances , I have appelead and won preliminary total refuse caused by similar trademarks , provided specific arguments, documentation evidence of several factors and nailed it.
💵Since now client’s retail business value increased due to new intellectual property stables and brand is protected from infringements.

Наконец-то завершено дело о регистрации товарного знака «TOBACCO HOUSE» на 10 лет.
Это началось 18 месяцев назад, без больших шансов, учитывая другой зарегистрированный товарный знак с чрезвычайно похожим названием. Возможно, вы знаете о какому идет речь. 😉
Несмотря на низкие шансы, я подал апелляцию и выиграл полный отказ, вызванный аналогичными товарными знаками, предоставил конкретные аргументы, множество документальных доказательств нескольких важных факторов .
💵С этого момента стоимость бизнеса клиента увеличилась благодаря новой интеллектуальной собственности, и бренд защищен от нарушений.

2025 in Cheia PH, Romania 🤘 Memories card from our enduro race trip | 2 Days Practice + Race day . The race itself was Enduro National Championships , but we participated as amateur riders , taking TOP-10 ( Me P8 & P9) in 18-29 y.o. category
