The experience of I_Game - Needs of Special Education Innovative GAming Methodologies in Education - I_GameThe project envisions a series of practical experience sessions, on various stages of the needs analysis...

▪Board games are an inclusive activity that people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds can enjoy. 🤩
▪This participation allows people to connect with others they would not otherwise have the opportunity to meet.
▪It can also help to break down stereotypes and promote acceptance and understanding.🤲

With this in mind, the I_Game partners are preparing for the fourth and final meeting in 📍Arad, Romania, to complete their training in all stages of conceiving, designing, developing, and manufacturing a board game. 🎯

Hey there, board game enthusiasts and fellow adventurers! 🎲🤝

It's been already two months since we wrapped up an unforgettable meeting in the heart of Athens as part of our fantastic Erasmus+ project I-Game Project 🇬🇷🤩

🎯Our mission: To level up the board game community's skills and design more inclusive games that bring people together from all walks of life. 🤹‍♂️🎭

🤝Throughout this incredible journey, we've had the privilege to work alongside amazing partners who share our passion for inclusion. Together, we've delved deep into the art of creating games that unite, educate, and spark joy and we even created our own board game in TWO DAYS!🌟

🌈 But it's not all about serious business! In Athens, we got to explore the rich history, savor delicious Greek cuisine, and soak up the vibrant culture. 🏛️🍽️🕺

💬Most importantly, we learned that inclusion isn't just about the games we create; it's about the friendships we forge and the memories we make along the way. 🙌🤗

✨Last week, we held the third training session (LTTA) of our program in the capital of Greece, the living Athens! 🇬🇷🌆

🎨💡From visits to exciting venues to enthusiastic discussions, we spent 4 days full of creativity and innovative ideas on inclusion.

🏛️🌈We visited MyrtilloCafe, a social cooperative cafeteria and arts centre, to see how inclusion is put into practice , and listened to experts from Michael Kontraros Collectibles, who shared their insights on miniature construction and its use. 🏭🔍

🎲🖌️Of course, we didn't forget to let our imagination run wild as we designed our very own board game! And with great excitement, we planned our next activities that will further promote inclusivity and collaboration. 📝✨

We can't contain our excitement for the upcoming and final transnational meeting, set to take place this fall in the beautiful and beloved Arad, Romania! 🍂🇷🇴

On Sunday 28 May at 12:30-13:30 at LAComicsFestival a presentation of Projects of European Programmes: "Games in Education" will take place.

Dracon Rules Design Studio will present its work and its participation in European projects so far, which are mainly related to board games. How the board game becomes a tool in education, who it concerns and how we participate. Age group targeted 18+.

🎲🥳I-Game project was presented by Dracon Rules Design Studio on the hybrid (physical/online) conference "Ensuring Equal Opportunities Through Educational Management and Psycho-Pedagogical Assistance in the Context of Current Challenges".

The speaker presented on the topic of using online board game platforms to benefit education as tools to combat the recent challenges and increase the attractiveness of education.

I-GAME partners from Archon Studio 🇵🇱 Dracon Rules Design Studio 🇬🇷 Asociatia Share Education 🇹🇩 and Challedu 🇬🇷 during the last TPM in Arad. Now the consortium is focusing on the next 2 LTTAs in order to get the most out of them 💪

🤩Last month, we had our second transnational partner meeting in wonderful Arad in Romania where Asociatia Share Education welcomed all of the partners.
🟢We discussed how to best optimize the organisation of the project, planning of the next activities and of course optimising the promotion of the material created.
👾Plus, we tried a new board game and renewed our meeting with the partners for the next LTTA in July in Athens.🤩
