The true connoisseur of both Oriental and European lines, the designer will flaunt his collection during the inauguration day of the event and a private VIP Fashion Show for the highly expected guests and exhibitors.

Spinach Garlic Pizza

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 prepared pizza crust
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed,very well drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese, with garlic & herb
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
Grated parmesan cheese

1 Mix olive oil and garlic in small microwavable bowl.
2 Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds.
3 Place pizza crust on cookie sheet; brush entire surface with oil mixture.
4 Top with spinach, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and feta cheese.
5 Sprinkle pizza with rosemary and parmesan Bake at 450′ F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
6 Let stand 5 minutes.

Cheese Burger Pizza

1/2 lb lean hamburger
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 chopped green pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
Barilla marinara sauce or your favorite pasta sauce
3 -4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced Velveeta cheese, 1/4 inch thick
1 your favorite recipe for pizza dough, enough to cover a jelly roll pan.

1 Brown the burger, sausage, green pepper, onion, and garlic until the meat is fully cooked.
2 While this is cooking, spread/pat/roll your crust unto a greased jelly roll pan, pushing the dough up the sides to make an edge.
3 Prebake the crust in a 400 oven for 7-10 minutes or until it just begins to color.
4 Top the hot crust with the desired amount of pasta sauce.
5 I don’t like too much sauce on my pizza) Add the meat mixture, spreading evenly.
6 Top with the sliced Velveeta cheese, leaving about 1/2 inch between slices.
7 Add the mozzarella cheese in an even layer.
8 Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, or until the top layer of cheese begins to brown.
9 Allow to sit for 5 minutes before cutting into 12 squares.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1 pizza dough
1/2 lb chicken tenders, grilled
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/3 cup ranch dressing
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

1 Preheat the oven to 400.
2 Dice the cooked chicken.
3 Melt the butter, add the hot sauce and toss with the chicken.
4 Spread the ranch dressing on the pizza crust.
5 Top with the chicken.
6 Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes

Pizza Casserole

1 lb bow tie pasta
1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
1 large onion, medium size chopped
2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb cubed cooked ham
1/2-1 lb of sliced pepperoni
3 (8 ounce) bags of shredded mozzarella cheese
6 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 Cook pasta in boiling water until al denté.
2 Cook sausage, garlic powder and oregano with onions until the juices run clear.
3 In a lightly greased 9x13x3 inch pan, pour a small amount of sauce to lightly coat bottom.
4 Layer ingredients in the order listed below.
5 1st layer-1/3 of the pasta, 1/3 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, sausage and onions.
6 2nd layer-1/2 of the remaining pasta, 1/2 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, ham.
7 3rd layer-all remaining pasta, all remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese,all the pepperoni
8 Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
9 Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Mearball Pizza

1 (12 inch) pizza crusts
1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 ounces frozen meatballs, or use homemade meatballs
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 Preheat oven 400F degrees.
2 Place pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan.
3 Spread 1 cup sauce over crust.
4 Sprinkle 1 cup cheese.
5 Now in small bowl toss meatballs with remaining sauce, then put on crust.
6 Sprinkle with rest of cheese, then italian seasoning.
7 Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly about 20 minutes.

Taco Pizza

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (2 1/2 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (10 ounce) can prepared pizza crust
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Lettuce, shredded
Sour cream
Tomato, chopped

1 Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2 In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain.
3 Stir in olives, tomato sauce& taco seasoning mix.
4 Prepare pizza crust according to package directions in 12″ pizza pan or a 13×9″ rectangular pan.
5 Spread ground beef mixture over crust; sprinkle w/ shredded cheese.
6 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425*, or until crust is lightly browned.
7 Top with lettuce, sour cream and tomato.

Three Cheese Pizza

2 tablespoons olive oil
flour, for dusting surface
1 (13 7/8 ounce) package pizza dough
3/4 cup shredded gouda cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3 Add chicken tenders and saute until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
4 Remove from heat.
5 When chicken is cool enough to handle, dice chicken to make a little over 1 cup.
6 In a small bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
7 Set aside.
8 On a floured surface, roll out dough and place on a greased sheet pan.
9 Shape to fill the sheet pan, about a 15 by 10-inch rectangle
10 Spread remaining barbecue sauce evenly over pizza dough.
11 Sprinkle Gouda, mozzarella, Parmesan, onions, and chicken over top.
12 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
13 Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and cut into pieces.

Pizza Sticks

1 (11 ounce) can pillsbury soft breadsticks
24 slices pepperoni, thin
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce, heated

1 Separate and unroll breadsticks.
2 Place 3 pepperoni slices in single layer over one half of each breadstick.
3 Fold remaining half of breadstick over top; seal end and twist.
4 Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
5 Combine cheese, italian seasoning and garlic powder.
6 Sprinkle evenly over each breadstick.
7 Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Thai Cucumber Salad

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2-1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced
Salt and pepper
1 seedless cucumber
1 small red bell pepper
1 medium carrot
1/2 small red onion
1 -2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped

1 Whisk the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
2 Season with salt and pepper.
3 Trim the ends from the cucumber.
4 Split lengthwise in half.
5 Slice very thinly.
6 Toss into the dressing.
7 Halve the red pepper vertically, core and remove seeds and white membranes.
8 Slice the pepper, horizontally, into very thin strips.
9 Add to the dressing and toss.
10 Peel the carrot and trim off ends.
11 Slice diagonally into very thin slices.
12 Add to the rest of the salad.
13 Peel the onion and cut in half horizontally.
14 Then slice vertically into very thin strips.
15 Add these to the bowl and toss everything together until well mixed.
16 Set aside for at least one hour, stirring occasionally
17 Transfer to a serving bowl.
18 Sprinkle cilantro and peanuts over top.
