I had purchased a Qgrabs voucher for a treatment in February 2020. I visited the spa of the hotel in March and the receptionist and the man incharge that evening informed me that I can't start my treatment right away and have to wait for a week as I had done laser session prior. Both the staff then redeemed my voucher which costed 990 QR and told me they will arrange the appointments for the sessions and get back to me. The lady sent me all the appointments for the sessions and before I could take any session, the government had decided to shut down all the spas and fitness clubs due to the pandemic. The lady from the spa contacted me again and informed me that they will contact me once they are open and all the sessions will be rescheduled upon opening and assured that I will receive a call. I then tried to contact the lady in November but there was no response. I also sent a private message to your hotel but I never received a response. I then called the hotel and final got to speak to one of the staff of there spa who said she can't do anything as the voucher is expired. I went there personally today and spoke to the lady and showed her all the proof for the communication with their staff and asked why didn't I receive a call. She then told me to speak to her supervisor. Now the supervisor says that she can't find my records when I came in March and is insisting that the staff who took my details has resigned already.
This is unbelievable and really pathetic for a big hotel to have their management skills to be so low that they can't provide solutions to their customers.
Highly disappointed.
