IT Support Engineer
Location: Dubai
Experience: 1-2 years in the UAE

🔷 Key Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Microsoft environments.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain network printers and multifunction devices.
Perform network cable termination, patching, testing, and labeling.
Support IP cameras, NVRs, and CCTV systems, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of switches, routers, wireless access points, and other network devices.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Support IT infrastructure projects, office relocations, and new site setups.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Provide remote and onsite support across multiple company locations.

🔷 Requirements

Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers).
Experience with printer support, cabling, and CCTV systems is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
