Learned about this "Eisenhower Decision Matrix" few days back from the book I'm currently reading. It makes so easy to distinguish between the tasks which needs our focus and which doesn't . As tim said referring to this in his book :
"The key thing to this being a success is your ability to distinguish between how and where your time and attention is allocated currently, and where it should be directed."
