Repost • My skin has definitely changed, needing a lot more care than usual ( Body cream used to be optional for me, lol).

Unfortunately, Dermatitis is one of the “gifts” that came with postpartum, so now I’m focused on managing it gently by keeping my skin hydrated.

I’ve been using to lock in moisture and help with that tight, itchy feeling that comes with dryness. It’s not a treatment for dermatitis, but it’s been really helpful for keeping my skin comfortable and nourished.

I also use a little as a face oil for my gua sha. it gives the perfect slip and turns it into a really calming, self-care moment.

Nothing complicated, just consistency, gentle products, and giving my skin time to adjust.
