Blueprint Lebanon is hiring a Procurement & Estimation Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Support
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Identify procurement requirements for materials, equipment, and subcontracted works
• Request and obtain quotations from approved vendors
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified suppliers and subcontractors

Post-Award Coordination
• Assist in the procurement handover process to project ex*****on teams following project award

Qualifications
• Experience in procurement, preferably within fit-out, construction, joinery, or contracting companies
• Experience supporting tendering and estimation activities
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and subcontractor packages

Skills & Competencies
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent analytical and cost evaluation abilities
• Knowledge of tendering procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
