Never order from this restaurant
Fish is not fresh and delivery is very bad

So we made a call like 30mins before we visited the Salwa branch. According to the person on the other line, buffet is available today, Thursday. We were so excited, delighted and very very hungry! Trying to be patient with the very busy traffic during our half hour drive because we knew that we will be full and satisfied later on.. When we reached the restaurant, buffet is NOT AVAILABLE... it is so unfair! We were just told it is AVAILABLE over the phone..

Sushi minto, you better train your people to give a legit info...

I went to your Branch In Ezdan Mall and it seems this offer is not available around 10:00pm beyond for this specific branch. I went there just to satisfy my hungry stomach and my full tiring day. I love to get your sushi madness offer everytime I visited some of your stores like City Center and in Salwa Road Branch. I love visiting this store often but sad to say this Ezdan Mall branch made my day unsatisfied and felt disappointed. You see I went all over to this branch to eat, spend money, and fill my empty stomach. It will not always how I pay nor spend money but it's the overall great customers service you extend to me and of course the great and high quality food. One great thing about making business is to make your customers happy and experience great customer service. I am not writing this experience just to make scene but I am concerned about how your staff extend their customer service. I was very disappointed how your crew/waitress handle us in Ezdan Mall. Well we arrived late(10:25pm) and yes partly we are wrong with that but receiving unwelcome aura and not so cheerful waitress telling us that they were closing and I cannot order this Sushi Madness Offer because they were about to close and the buffet were closed already. It clearly states with your wall post even with the small promotional flyer place on top of the table that the offer is available until 11:30pm. I love your sushi and other japanese food you served but the lady makes my whole experienced unsatisfied. She displays very poor services and unwilling to serve. I will continue visiting your other branch but Ezdan Mall Branch I will passed around.
