On 24th December Antika Qatar will be opening it's doors at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl - Doha

is a Lebanese concept serving Levantine cusine. The restaurant takes the place of the gorgeous , the lovely interiors have been revamped and given a modern Arabian nights feel! We did try a few dishes, the Truffle potatoes, Octopus and Sashimi were our favourites.

The stunning outdoor terrace, Antika Lounge, is not yet open but once they do, will be serving an international cuisine.

Looking forward to visiting them again!

Just marked my calendar for my worst customer care experience at , My husband and I were told on the phone the night is sold out but we can come as walk ins. The basic understanding of walk ins is we can show up at the door and see if any tickets are available in case some had returned their tickets for any reason. We went an hour early and bought our tickets! We went inside and were told since we don’t have a reservation, we can stand by the bar..this is what a walk in means!! Of course we didn’t accept that and asked to see the manager who defended his staff telling us, “ yes, this what walk in means and people know that it means standing by the bar”.. well,certainly this is not true..we were new to the place and didn’t know this definition of a walk in, at least this should have been communicated at the door that these are “standing” tickets!! We had a refund and left without the slightest apology. The manager’s handling of the situation was unapologetic and makes us never want to go back to this place. Fortunately, there are many other venues in Doha that truly appreciate their customers and don’t mislead them nor waste their time in cold blood! More importantly, they know how to better handle the mistakes of their staff
