For this Holy Month of Ramadan, my goal is to eat healthy during Iftar. Actually, fasting the whole day makes me really hungry but during Iftar, I can’t eat much. So I eat fruits and vegetables more.

I always drink PEPPERMINT TEA to help with digestion.

Recipe:
1 cup Warm water + 1 tiny drop of YL peppermint essential oil 😊 If I wanna lose more weight, I add a drop of YL lemon essential oil and a drop of YL grapefruit essential oil 😋 delish!

Lemon essential oil has a fresh, uplifting aroma that cleanses the air and eliminates odors when used aromatically. Taken internally, it provides immune and circulatory support and can be used to add a fresh flavor to food and beverages.

TIP:
Add Few drops of lemon essential oil to a cup of warm water first thing in the morning and drink! Great way to start the day!

I joined Young Living because I fell in love with the products. I experienced “love at first smell” when a friend introduced the peppermint oil to me. (Now I can’t live without it. It’s my go-oil wherever I am). Then I came to know about the other benefits of the oils and so…I got a kit! Only to realize there are more!!!
