ABOUT THE COURSE

Basic chocolate making workshop where you get to learn 2 types of molded chocolate like plain hard centered chocolates and soft ganache filled bonbons plus truffles.

Hard centered plain mini chocolate bars
Hard shelled bonbons with chocolate ganache and fruit filling
Truffles: plain, candied orange peel and nut

MAKE

After a demonstration by the Chocolatier, it’s your turn to work and make dark chocolate as taught and using your imagination.

Create your own handmade chocolates from rich dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate and hazelnut praline, bowls of melted chocolate and decorations including coconut, white chocolate flakes and cocoa powder

You will make and take approximately 12 handmade chocolates

Package and decorate your own chocolates in ribbon tied packages to take home while enjoying a glass of wine

PROCESO

Luego de la demostración por nuestra Chef Chocolatera, es tu turno de poner en práctica lo aprendido elaborando tus propios chocolates

Crea bombones artesanales a partir de deliciosa ganache de chocolate, tentador chocolate temperado y decórarlos a tu elección con cacao, coco rallado, virutas de chocolate o frutos secos

Podras hacer y llevar contigo un aproximado de 12 chocolates hechos a mano

Empaca y decora tus creaciones mientras disfrutas de una deliciosa copa de vino cortesía de la casa
