Nawalan kana ba ng pera dahil sa investment scam? Ilang beses na? O kung hindi pa, gusto mo bang malaman paano makaiwas na mawala lahat ng pinaghirapan mong pera dahil sa investment scams?
Narito ang ilang mga tanong na puwede mong itanong para malaman kung totoo ang investment opportunity:

1. Is the return on investment too good to be true? Minsan, inaalok ng mga manloloko ang sobrang taas na return sa loob lamang ng maikling panahon. Kung masyadong maganda para maging totoo, baka hindi ito tunay.

2. Is there pressure to invest quickly? Maraming manloloko ang gumagamit ng high-pressure tactics upang mag-commit ka kaagad bago kapa makapag-aral at makapagtanong tanong kung legit iyon. Huwag papadala sa mga ganyang pressure tactics at pag-aralan muna bago mag-invest.

4. Is the investment properly registered with a regulatory agency? Totoong investments ay karaniwang registered sa mga government agencies na nagbabantay sa financial markets upang protektahan ang investors mula sa mga scam.

5. Is the investment transparent and easy to understand? Minsan, ginagamit ng mga scammer ang mga komplikadong salita upang magtago ng kanilang fraudulent schemes. Kung hindi mo maintindihan ang investment opportunity o hindi ka makakuha ng malinaw na sagot sa iyong mga tanong, maaaring scam ito.

6. Does the investment rely on recruiting new members? Ang mga pyramid schemes at multi-level marketing scams ay umaasa sa pag-recruit ng mga bagong miyembro upang mag-generate ng returns. If the investment opportunity requires you to recruit new members to earn money, it's likely a scam. Kapag nawalan na ng mga bagong recruits, eventually magsasara bigla ang scam investment.

Remember, it's important to not invest in something you don't understand. If you can't explain the investment opportunity to a friend or family member in a way that they can understand, it's probably not a good investment for you. By asking these questions and doing your due diligence, you can protect yourself from investment scams and avoid losing your hard-earned money. Don't be afraid to walk away from an investment opportunity if something doesn't seem right. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
