Cruise ship “MSC World Europa”, owned and operated by the Swiss-based MSC Cruises arrived today morning at Doha Port. 5,605 tourists and a crew of 2,105 members came on board the ship that flies the flag of Malta and calls the port on its penultimate voyage in the ongoing 2022/’23 cruise season. The cruise will be joined later by 1,079 tourists from Doha on a new trip to several ports in the region. Spanning 22 decks, 333 metres long and 47 metres wide, MSC World Europa is the most innovative and environmentally sustainable vessel in the MSC Cruises’s fleet.

Doha Port welcomed today the Italian cruise ship “Costa Toscana” on its last voyage in the ongoing 2022/’23 cruise season, with 5,121 tourists and a crew of 1,500 on board. Operated by "Costa Cruises" and sailing under the flag of Italy, Toscana can accommodate over 6,500 passengers and is 337 metres long, 42 metres wide, and has a draft of 8.6 metres.

Sailing under the flag of Italy and operated by “AIDA Cruises”, “AIDAcosma” made its first voyage to Qatar shores on January 16, 2023. At length of 345 metres and a width of 54 metres, the cruise ship is one of the largest cruise ships within the AIDA's fleet. It can accommodate 6,600 passengers and a crew of 1,636.

Operated by German-based cruise line TUI Cruises, “Mein Schiff 6” sails under the flag of Malta and is one of the largest in company's fleet, measuring 295 m long, 35.8 m wide, and 8 m draft. It offers space for up to 2,534 passengers and boasts 17,895 sqm of outside decks along a variety of restaurants, cafes and various recreational facilities.
