Due to proactive network emergency maintenance with our IP transit partner in Guam, international services (internet and IDDs) will be down from 1am to 5am later early morning.

We ask for your patience and understanding on the matter.

Due to a brief outage planned tonight by the Belau Submarine Cable Corporation (BSCC), internet service for PT Waves will be down for a brief period from 4:00am.

The maintenance work on Palau's International submarine cable will take minimum 45 minutes, so we ask for your patience during that time.

Due to maintenance work on Belau Submarine Cable Corporation's main cable, all international data (in and out) on island will be down for a MINIMUM time of 90 minutes on Jun 17, Mon - starting at 3am.

Thus Palau Telecoms internet servies (4G-LTE, hotspot, fiber optic, wireless link) will be down at the same time, as well international calls & SMS.

Local services - such as local calls, local SMS, and local loop - will still be available.

Good morning, PT Waves customers. As many may have noticed, some websites and apps have been unaccessible since last night. We deeply apologize for this.

Our network partner is currently having problems with accessing/rerouting for some servers/websites. Unfortunately the issue is not in Palau, so we humbly ask for your patience while we wait on our partner in Guam to fix the issue on their end.
