Earlier this month, we welcomed 47 college students into the Bank of Hawaii Summer Internship Program. Over the next few weeks, our interns will get on-the-job training with one of over 20 participating departments, gain exposure to different career opportunities in banking, and spend time with leadership across the organization to learn what it takes to succeed in banking.
Led by our Native Hawaiian Employee Resource Group, Nā ‘Ōiwi Aloha (Na Oiwi Aloha), our employees came together earlier this month to make lei to adorn the King Kamehameha statue—a tradition we take pride in celebrating.
