Yoga and shavasana one-to-one and group sessions are back to the garden and urban farm at EARLYMADE Porto, throughout the warmer months ahead. Hands in hands with BHAVIKA Porto, we are welcoming back these practice amidst the green bliss, under the sun and the moon, while balancing and uniting the solar and lunar energies of our own body and mind, ultimately achieving the cheerful expression central to Bhavika practice. Join us!

Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes, including a series of postures practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement with a balanced integration of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (chanting or reciting), mudra (hand gestures), shatkriyas and shatkarmas (cleansing techniques), and ultimately shavasana and mediation at large.

Sessions have a maximum location of 8 people with more than 2 meters distance between yoga mats. Yoga mats are carefully sanitised after each use and, if you feel more comfortable, you can bring your own to class.

This past week, on the verge of welcoming spring and the new SS23 Spring—Summer Collection, we said ‘farewell’ to the sound installation at MONTRA, Earlymade front shop window in Cedofeita, with a ‘trio’ of one-box music systems by REVO, which provided a bewildering soundtrack throughout these first months of 2023 in Cedofeita.

The ‘rumpus’ trio of digital radios — thy SuperConnect model in two bespoke finishes and a breathtaking SuperSystem Black Shadow Edition in a beautiful matt black wooden cabinet with black anodised aluminium front and black mild-steel rear—, each tuned and live streaming a major Portuguese radio, superimposed such different atmospheres and tunes, ranging from classical music, football matches, religious masses, pop and pimba music, all in one single reverie cacophony of sound and voices

Beyond the timeless good looks and material quality in bespoke colours and finishes of the Revo Radios themselves, combining the widest possible array of functionality and audio format compatibility to create the ultimate one-box music systems, the ‘disarrayed’ sound installation also celebrated an already decade—long partnership with our sister project reproducing a sort of ‘private’ palimpsest of ten years long globetrotter stays and ‘reveries’ at the townhouse.
