I'm Scott Joseph, a native of Michigan, but now everywhere has been my home. After a study abroad trip to Australia in 2009, I decided to live my life more adventurously, with freedom to work less and live more. I got a van, sold anything of value and left Michigan to explore my interests and the world. This was going to be my new life.

Last week I camped among the Californian Redwoods. It was one of the coolest places I've ever camped/experienced. They were so much more than what I remember from seeing them as a kid. They grow over 20 feet wide, 300 feet tall and can live well over 2,000 years. Insaaaaane. If you haven't experienced them, i'd say they're worth traveling across the world to do so.
