Adeolu Akinyemi began his career as HR Manager, Talent Supply, and Development at Procter & Gamble. He then moved to Market Strategy and Planning Manager and Customer Business Development HR Manager. While on these Jobs, Adeolu Akinyemi invented the first ever SMS recruitment portal that shrunk recruitment exercise from 8 weeks to 2 weeks and reduced costs by over 80% amongst other achievements. From P&G, he then joined Virgin Nigeria as a Human Resources (HR) Manager. He was one of the founding Staff responsible for setting up the team from scratch. He designed the Talent Supply and Talent Development Systems, and developed the On-boarding plan for new staff.
Adeolu then resigned from Virgin Nigeria to begin his journey into entrepreneurship as a consultant.
