It's weekend and you don't have to do so many things in a hurry, right? No waking up to get to work at 7/8am, though some work Saturdays but the hours seem flexible. One major thing we do on weekends is CHORES🏃 and home-works/projects. Let's talk about appropriate chores for children between ages 6 and 7 and what else they should be doing on Saturday that they are missing out from if they aren't.

Children need chores, it makes them feel needed, helpful and gives them a sense of responsibility. Besides, sharing chores gives you the help you need around the house,right?
Here are list of chores they can do;

Sweep floors.

W**d and rake leaves.

Make and Keep bedroom tidy.

Vacuum and mop(with supervision).

Fold and put away laundry (with supervision)

Choose the day’s outfit and get dressed.

Be responsible for a pet’s food, water and exercise.

Put away dishes from the dishwasher.

Brush teeth and take their bath(with a bit of supervision)
