Italian composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi is one of the most influential voices in contemporary classical and minimalist music. Known for his lyrical simplicity and emotional depth, his works have touched audiences worldwide — bridging the worlds of classical, ambient, and cinematic music.

“Primavera”, meaning Spring, is one of Einaudi’s most radiant and uplifting pieces. Written as part of his acclaimed album Divenire (2006), the composition captures the essence of renewal — the gradual awakening of light, colour, and energy after a long winter.

A piece that, for me, feels like a quiet return to light ✨

EINAUDI ON HARP – lie-down concert

In a world that keeps moving faster, this is an invitation to slow down.
To pause.
To lie down, listen, and simply be carried by sound.

In this special concert, I perform the music of Ludovico Einaudi – one of the most beloved composers of our time.
His minimalist, cinematic language touches something deeply human: a sense of space, emotion, and quiet recognition.

On the harp, his music takes on a new dimension.
The natural resonance of the instrument opens the sound, making it more transparent, more spacious… almost as if the music begins to breathe.
Each note has room. Each silence becomes meaningful.

You are invited to lie down comfortably while the music unfolds around you.
A moment just for yourself.
To release. To soften. To reconnect.

On April 19th I’ll return there for a concert - and some other places as well 💫

A lay-down concert is quite simple:
you lie down, close your eyes, and let the music come to you.
But that small shift often changes how you experience everything - less thinking, more relaxt and a more physical and heartfelt experience

Over the past years, this way of performing has grown very naturally for me, somewhere between classical concerts and something more intuitive and immersive ✨

This weekend I’ll be packing my harp and instruments into the car and driving all the way from Portugal to the Netherlands (about 2500 km…) 🚗

Getting ready for a new tour, and also the next phase of recording an album with music by Ludovico Einaudi ❤️‍🔥
