في 29 آب من العام 1987، استشهد ناجي العلي مغتالاً في العاصمة البريطانية لندن. كان في الواحدة والخمسين من عمره. في هذه الناحية من ملحق «فلسطين»، يوجّه رسّامون وفنانون شباب عرب تحيّةً إلى ناجي المستمر معنا ومعهم، ويفتحون بواسطة رسومه حواراً مع الحاضر الراهن، في فلسطين وفي أرجاء المنطقة.
