أخطاء يقع بها الكهربائي عند تأسيس المنزل لنظام البيت الذكي knx
1- يتم بناء النظام من البداية وقبل البلاط ولا يمكن بنائه بعد ذلك.
2- كل الاحمال المراد التحكم بها بنظام البيت الذكي من إنارة او اباجورات يجب ان تسحب مباشرة الى لوح الكهرباء و من دون اي تجميع بالوسط
3-لا يمكن الجمع بين النظام الذكي والنظام العادي في الاحمال المراد التحكم بها عن طريق البيت الذكي .
4- الاحمال عالية القدرة لا يفضل التحكم بها عن طريق ال actuators مباشرة ويفضل استخدام relays لهذا الغرض .
5- المفاتيح الذكية لا توصل بالكهرباء بل هي تستخدم جهد منخفض وهي بحاجة لبناء شبكة توزيع منفصله لها ويجب ان تنتهي بلوح الكهرباء .
6- كل شيئ ممكن التحكم عن طريق النظام مثل الإنارة والاباجورات والستائر والتكييف والتدفئة الارضية بجميع انواعها ولكل شيئ طريقته الخاصة بالتوصيل

Dimming Function can be achieved by two methods:

1-SD110 EAE-KNX 0-10V, 1-10V controller :
The load is driven by a driver witch is controlled by 0-10V or 1-10V analog signal (1v means no output and 10V means 100% output).

2-UD105 Universal Dim Module controller:
The load is directly driven by the controller using a method called phase dimming (by clipping part of the entered sine wave).

Fan Coil Actuator FCA100 covers HVAC systems of the electrical installation of room applications and offers following functions in one product.

* Controlling fan coils (2 & 3-point valve)
* Additional Heat or Cooling
* Switching auxiliary load
* Dry contact inputs
* Temperature inputs
FCA100 has 11 outputs, 6 inputs inside. These outputs and inputs are using for:

* Auxiliary Output x1 (Relay 16A)
* Fan Speed Output x3 (Relay 16A)
* Fan Speed Output x1 (0-10 V Signal)
* Valve Control Output x4 (Triac 0.5A)
* Valve Control Output x2 (0-10 V Signal)
* Dry Contact Input x4
* NTC Sensor Input x2
Suitable for switching resistive, capacitive and inductive loads as well as fluorescent lamp loads according to EN 60 669.

What is DALI ?
DALI stands for Digital Addressable Lighting Interface. It is a 2-way communications protocol that is used to provide control over, and communication between, the components in a lighting system.
Communication is digital, not analogue, so the exact same dimming values can be received by multiple devices resulting in very stable and precise dimming performance.
All devices have their own unique address in the system.
