“Drift” is one of the most personal tracks we’ve ever created.

I first wrote this song back in 2018 during a time where everything felt like it was falling apart—depression, abandonment, and navigating life as a single father. It was one of those moments where life hits you all at once.

Fast forward to 2023, I brought the song to and we rebuilt it using everything we had lived through since. At the time, we were also dealing with our mom battling cancer, and those emotions found their way into the music. Every layer of this track carries a piece of that journey.

This ended up becoming the most melodic song we’ve ever made as a band, and we couldn’t be more proud of it.

Huge shoutout to Mike from .metaphoraudio Studios for truly understanding the vision and bringing “Drift” to life.
