Bruised up. Swollen. Smiling.
Fought 3 hard rounds against a young, undefeated kid in his backyard. Made the decision not to take unnecessary damage in the last 3. Smart, not soft.
Took this photo with my boy in front of the Rocky Balboa statue on the way home. Felt fitting.
Found out during that layover my grandma passed on fight day. My mom didn’t tell me because she didn’t want to shake my focus.
That one hurt.
But I came home healthy. I earned respect. And I get to be present for this little champ.
8 of my last 9 against undefeated fighters half my age. I’m not protecting a record — I’m chasing rounds.
20 more scheduled rounds and I qualify for my pension.

Signed the contract last week.
Took this fight on short notice for one reason — I needed certainty that I’ll be at my son’s 5th birthday next month. Priorities first. Always.
Yesterday’s weigh-in done. We negotiated a catchweight, so this isn’t your typical full boxing camp. No long, drawn-out prep — just strength work, sharpening technique, and staying ready for moments like this.
My opponent’s father actually called me because the promoters couldn’t find him a match. Funny how that works… I’ve been manifesting opportunity, and when it knocked, I answered.
First time facing a southpaw in the ring. I’ve had trouble with them before. I’ve also dominated them. The difference now? My boxing IQ is on another level. I’m constantly learning, constantly adjusting.
Tonight, we go to work.
Back in the ring.
For my son.
For the growth.
For the test.

It’s been a wild ride lately — both in the ring and in life.
Left Poland the16th a day after my son’s birthday… Warsaw to Frankfurt, quick layover, then on to San Francisco, and finally Sacramento. Barely had time to breathe—one night at home, then flew straight to LA the next day.
And in the middle of all that? Cut 16 lbs in 6 days.
Fasted for 4 days, and still had to sweat out 4 more pounds on weigh-in day. No easy routes in this game—just discipline, pain, and a whole lot of heart.
Learning my body. Pushing limits.
This journey's far from over—but every mile, every drop of sweat is worth it.
I had an amazing time in poland and wouldn't be a proper trip without sparring with the lads! I had to cut the trip early.I was planning on staying for easter But signed a contract to fight on the nineteenth.

Last night, I faced a 20-year-old undefeated fighter who was 100% ready, and although I lost by decision, I’m proud of the heart I showed. I went the distance without a proper training camp, 12 Lb. Weight cut or kind any of preparation —just two weeks back from Portugal and still battling jet lag. But I couldn’t turn down the opportunity. I promised my son I’ll be in poland next month for his birthday, so this was a chance I had to take. Even in defeat, I feel like a winner because I pushed through and gave it everything I had. The journey continues.

Two incredible weeks in Madeira, Portugal with my amazing wife and son! 🏖️ Despite being separated and them living in Poland until our petition is finalized, we made the most of every moment together. Portugal always delivers, and I think it’s officially my favorite European destination so far. 🌍 The water was cool, but that didn’t stop us – we’re a cold plunging family after all! 🏊♂️ Can’t wait for the day we’re all reunited for good. Until then, these memories keep us going. 💙
The second location felt more like home because I could cook and hit the heavy bag!
