KESS3 now supports Continental SID212 in BENCH mode.

This is a big one.

Workshops with CAR-LCV BENCH/BOOT protocols and an active subscription can now work on these ECUs directly in-house, without sending the ECU out for unlocking or extra preparation.

Mazda RX-8 — Stage 1 NA Rotary

This one is personal.

The RX-8 has always been my weak spot — an eternal love for the Wankel.
High revs, unique character, zero compromises in how it feels.

This Stage 1 calibration focuses on what the rotary needs:

cleaner ignition strategy at high RPM

optimized fuel delivery across the full rev range

smoother power build-up up to 10,000 RPM

no artificial torque tricks — just natural response

The gain may look modest on paper, but on a rotary it’s all about how it pulls and how clean it revs.

Still my personal favorite after all these years.

BMW 520d G30 (2019) — Stage 1 | Flaps OFF
190 HP → 220 HP
400 Nm → 480 Nm

This one had a classic issue: intake flaps not causing airflow turbulence, especially in the low and mid range.

For this Stage 1 setup:

Intake flaps are disabled

Airflow is rebuilt properly using VGT geometry control, not shortcuts

The result is a much cleaner torque rise from low RPM, smoother boost control and stronger response without stressing the engine.

No smoke.
No weird spikes.
Just solid, predictable diesel performance.
