Scotland is beautiful. Bay after bay. Winter Oban has a simple yet magical touch.

Oban bay was used in WWII as a safer harbour, and spionage was carried out with submarines by the Third Reich.

I could imagine the French empire amidst Napoleonic wars. Tis an old building in Belgium, but a captivating caption and timeless moment for me. Maybe next time I can just have waffles...?
