Figroni is a cocktail that I have prepard for a its a twist on classic Negroni.
• Campari 2cl
• Cynar 2cl
• Dark rum 2cl ( I’ve used a Plantation Dark)
• tincture made from coffee&cacao beans
• foam made from grapefriut and juniper fruits.
