YaiMPG (or YPMG) is a psy-influenced musical project developed by Giampaolo Falqui, born in 1995, from Italy. Who’s YPMG?
YPMG is a psychedelia-influenced electronic music project founded around late 2017 by Giampaolo Falqui, Italian born.
Music addict and audiophile since childhood, growing his first musical background with legends such as Santana, Toto and Pink Floyd, began to approach electronic music around his mid teens. He was approached to psychedelic trance thanks to his friends in Italy, discovering a world he'd never thought existed.
If initially he was very skeptical, weeks later love started to grow between Giampaolo and the strange complexity of psychedelic trance with its complicated melodies and strong basslines, which made him begin producing his first tracks in his bedroom.
Two years later, he came out of the shell and released his first project called YaiPMG, getting inspired by artists like Astrix, Ritmo, Liquid Soul and Mandragora. He's working on to develop a unique sound which merges beautiful emotional melodies with powerful dance floor tracks.
