Junaid Ahmed - Material Engineer, MBA (Marketing)

Born in Rawalpindi and raised in Islamabad, Mr. Ahmed has served in a well reputed construction firm in Islamabad, named DECENTRIO BUILDERS, as Project Supervisor. After gaining sufficient on site construction experience, Mr. Ahmed went for pursuing his career in Pharmaceutical Industry and with the help of his father, established a Pharmaceutical Industry in Rawat. He, along with his father, supervised the construction of the industry as well. Having experience in Residential as well as in Industrial construction, Mr. Ahmed is fueled by his passion for construction and established a construction firm, along with his co-founder, named BuildForte. He consider himself a "forever-student" having technical skills blended with managerial skills. Having degrees in engineering and pursuing his MBA from Bahria University, Mr. Ahmed is committed to provide the best possible solution for all construction related problems. He is under the influence of some of the best professionals in construction field (Decentrio Builders) and looks forward to them for the best possible and ultimate solution. Born and raised in Islamabad, Mr. Shahan had always been fascinated with the idea of having his own business. After becoming a business graduate, valuing the importance of having the skills of managing the most important resource i.e. ‘people’, Mr. Shahan served in the HR department of one of the well reputed companies of Pakistan. Later on, luck favored him and he got the opportunity of getting into construction industry by working with a startup firm. There, he felt the need of having specialized knowledge of managing projects and opted for his Masters in Project Management. After learning the International Project Management Practices being followed (PMBOK); getting the hands on experience of working on the residential projects; being influenced by one of the best professionals in construction industry (Decentrio Builders); and getting the back of an experienced co-founder; Mr. Shahan is now fueled and committed to provide professional, reliable and quality construction services through his firm named “BuildForte”.
