FFO Support Program

A one-day training session was successfully concluded for two separate batches at Mojaz Support Program Head Office.

The session brought together Branch Managers, Credit Officers, and Head Office teams for an in-depth exploration of regulatory frameworks and risk management.

Honored to have Nadeem Hafeez, COO-MSP, grace our event. His presence and visionary insights left the audience inspired and equipped with a clear roadmap for the future.

Hamza Hussain , Assistant Manager of Risk & Compliance, delivered the first half of the session. He provided a thorough breakdown of key compliance obligations, including anti-money laundering protocols, data protection standards, and internal control mechanisms.

Mr. Hamza walked participants through real-world case scenarios, illustrating how lapses in compliance can lead to operational and reputational risks. He also introduced practical tools for daily monitoring and reporting, ensuring that every team member understands their role in maintaining a robust compliance culture. By focusing on actionable compliance strategies, he reinforced our organization's unwavering commitment to transparency and accountability at every operational level.

The Assistant Manager HR Samsam Haider also took the floor and delivered a comprehensive overview of organizational policies, ranging from code of conduct and performance evaluation criteria to grievance handling mechanisms.

He highlighted the critical role Human Resources plays in driving company success not merely as an administrative function, but as a strategic partner in talent development and organizational growth.
He also emphasized the importance of capacity building, explaining how continuous learning and enhanced performance capabilities can directly lead to career advancement opportunities for employees. Through interactive discussions, he encouraged participants to view HR policies as enablers rather than restrictions, fostering a workplace environment built on mutual respect, fairness, and professional excellence.

Development never stops at our organization. Our Manager Admin & Operations, Inder Jeet Singh , stepped up to lead a dedicated training session for our staff, sharing critical insights on operational frameworks and administrative best practices.
